Condition your entire body without going to the gym. Are you tired of peddling yet not getting anywhere, pushing weights on a stable chrome machine or spending hours on a boring thread mill? If you answered yes to any of these questions than XFT Bootcamp is for you! You can finally have the body of your dreams and do it in only 45 minutes a day three to 4 times a week with Anta’s XFT (Xtreme Functional Training) Bootcamp.

Unlike most workouts, XFT Bootcamp includes the 3 aspects of optimal fitness and conditioning:
The XFT workout will take you through fitness modalities from around the world to give you the best and most complete result achieving workout. Kettlebells from Russia, Indian Clubs and GADA (Mace) from Indian, kickboxing from Thailand, Boxing moves from America, Chinese Kung Fu stretching, Israeli style fitness and bootcamp, United States Marine Corps style bootcamp. Plus MMA Fitness, Calisthenics, plyometrics, Battling Ropes and more.

Muscular Development- using the latest, time tested and proven exercise physiology, Kettlebells, Battling Ropes, Indian Clubs, sandbags, Gada (maze) and medicine ball training. Our classes focus on every muscle, in turn building greater strength and muscular definition in a fun and exciting way.

Cardio Conditioning- through an intense Fitness Kickboxing, Battling Ropes, boot camp, box drills, sprints and Kettlebell workout you’ll expand the capacity of your heart and lungs while burning calories. What we call HIIT (high intensity interval training.) The results are increased stamina to keep you energized all day. Yet, you’ll never get bored since the workout will never be the same. We will teach you how to punch like a boxer, kick like a martial artist and explode with Kettlebell power. In the Kickboxing portion you might do a rhythmic kickboxing class with heart pounding music, hit pads, targets or the heavy bag. On any given day you’ll get an authentic boot camp from Julio Anta a retired United States Marine Corps Sergeant.

Flexibility- in order to avoid injuries as well as give you the flexibility to help keep you feeling young and agile we’ve incorporated stretching exercises to lengthen and tone your muscles. Using martial arts, Qi gong, yoga and Pilates moves.

Muscular Development + Cardio Conditioning + Flexibility = Xtreme Functional Training. Consistency is the key to success in any fitness program. It’s easy to want to be in-shape, but being motivated to go to a gym or dedicated to run on a treadmill is not. Almost any workout will give you some results if done consistently, but not all workouts will give you the motivation to continuously train. In a nutshell, most gym workouts are flat, boring and non-functional. Weight training especially on machines is an isolated specific muscle training workout. Life is not. A functional workout is like life itself. It is how you live and work. It will work all of you body parts simultaneously just like living in the real world. In our daily routine we grab grocery bags, play with our kids and pets, open doors, pull, push and move our bodies in the oddest ways. Yet, lifting conventional weights is on a stable surface working a specific body part at a time. When you move your body or perform every day tasks you do not move or work a specific muscle group at a time. Functional training (martial arts, kettlebells, medicine balls, Indian Clubs) work your muscles simultaneously. So you can see why this class is ideal not just for the out of shape house wife but for also the star athlete looking for an edge on the competition.

XFT Kickboxing Anta’s XFT Bootcamp classes are motivating, exciting, functional and fun. Our instructors will motivate you to accomplish your goals. We believe that goals we set are goals we get. Our students actually enjoy learning kickboxing for cardio and coordination, kettlebells for muscular development, strength and cardio, Indian Clubs for strength and flexibility and other functional exercises while training to get into the best shape of their life. The combination of a fun workout, physical results and learning life-skills is what we call a 3-dimensional or mind/body/spirit workout giving you three reasons to take our classes instead of just one.

XFT is a step-by-step approach to fitness by combining a variety of fitness modalities into one exciting workout. Xtreme Functional Training was conceived by Julio Anta martial arts/fitness instructor and bodybuilder. Anta won the over title in the South Florida Bodybuilding Championships over 60. He has over 40 years experience in martial arts and fitness.
His experience and certifications in the martial arts and fitness (kung fu, Krav Maga, Jeet Kune Do, Muay Thai, Kung Fu, Judokickbox, Burn with Kearns MMA Fitness, Action Strength, Elite Combat Fitness, Battling Ropes, Fitness Kickboxing, bodybuilding, personal trainer, Pilates, Indian Clubs and Kettlebells) and as a Marine Corps Sergeant to develop a program that will get you in great shape working out three to 4 times a week for only 45 minutes. He calls it Xtreme Functional Training because it is not a magical pill but a true mind, body and spirit. Mind you this is not your typical aerobic health club and weight machine workout. It doesn’t matter what shape you are in what matters is your attitude and determination to finally look awesome and change your life.

The workout is always changing so your body doesn’t get use to the workout. Yet, A typical routine involves a warm-up, swinging Indian clubs, followed by a rapid-fire Fitness Kickboxing routine, explosive Kettlebell training, functional abdominal workout, all ending with a fusion of mind, body, and spirit exercises. On other training sessions you might do plyometrics, sprints, push ups, sit ups, speed drills, use sand bags, box drills, fitness bands, Gada, Battling Ropes, sledge hammers or a good old fashion Marine Corps Boot Camp workout.

The body follows the mind so if you believe in yourself and make a commitment to be fit for the rest of your life you will see incredible gains and results in just 3 to 4, 45 minute workouts a week. You can defy the laws of nature by building the most incredible body in your teens, twenties, thirties, forties, fifties, sixties and beyond.
